Museo Vault was built on the highest point of elevation in Miami (18.4 feet above sea level). We are a preferred storage facility for both AXA and Chubb insured art collections. Museo even offers Hurricane Contingency Plans to reserve priority response for collections in danger of a looming storm.
Museo Vault utilized the latest HVAC technologies to create a stabilized environment, minimizing airborne particles, managing indirect air flow and keeping temperature and relative humidity within conservation parameters. Additionally the property is equipped with sensors and data loggers to track detect and prevent large fluctuations in both temperature and humidity.
Our humidity control system automatically keeps humidity to a minimum with over fifty sensors throughout the facility that constantly monitor atmospheric levels and warn of the slightest fluctuation, via alarm notification.
All lighting in the facility has UV filtration to eliminate fading and cracking caused by long term exposure to Ultra violet rays.
Museo Vault custom designed and installed the most modern and technically advanced security system of its kind for protecting the caliber of property stored within our premises.
In the event of catastrophe, Museo Vault will automatically implement its failsafe backup system which enables all critical systems to run at 100% of their capacities indefinitely if outside power sources become unavailable. This system ensures that the facility becomes totally self contained, minimizing the risks of security breaches or temperature and humidity fluctuations whilst.
